swansea youth culture causing trouble

the local law enforcement officers ignore antisocial behaviour of a gang of 8 to 15 year olds and refused to arrest the offenders, instead, taking then home to their parent who do not care, more to the point, probably think this is funny.
the offences include public affray, breach of the peace, treatening behaviour and common assault, and despite being show this file, the police did not want to know.
this is one step away form something deadly
