Pure strawman. The libertarian position is as follows:

1) Free-markets would make healthcare cheaper and better quality, so more widely available.

2) Even those who couldn't afford it could be supported through charity (and since these people would be few in number this shouldn't be difficult).

3) Higher income means that more people would donate to charity.

Death due to lack of health insurance demonstrates nothing but the perversity of the state-capitalist medical system.

He did not support that position and if you research you'll find out that Ron Paul has PERSONALLY provided free and reduced medical services to poor folks in the past AND helped raise money for those who need medical care... so stop with your ignorance and address the issues fairly.
