Today I made use of one of my several home made equipment pieces. It is a full body circuit that is grueling and great for competative athletes that want to get faster, stronger, and burn body fat. The circuit is: forward tire drag, backward tire drag, compound row, push ups, sledge hammer swings.

  • I like the upright rows with the tire drag. And the backward run looks rough! Both videos are intense.
