@windomearle777 It's an Anime called Hellsing. Epic series, I suggest you watch the anime or read the manga!
There were two anime versions of this series, the televised series, and the much greater OVA. The OVA follows the manga closer, and it has a much better plot-line than the televised series, so I suggest you watch the OVA rather than the regular official series.
