@snapgirl12 It's not a "thong", it's a mawashi (it's meant to make absolutely sure that we, the viewers, recognize that Kozo isn't just "some fat hippo" but rather is a rikishi [sumo wrestler] in order to give us cultural reference points which make his actions that much more amusing, because the 1st skit doesn't display him "wrestling"). The cash wasn't "in" his mawashi the way you're implying either, it was in the folds of the fabric. Sheesh.
