Illinois has humane laws to protect animals, but rodeo thugs have nothing to fear in Wauconda, Illinois, where the Lake County Sheriff's Department and the Lake County State's Attorney's Office are in the tank for the Wauconda Rodeo.

@SHARKonlineorg ad to my last comment. It is obvious that working within the law is NOT working. So there are times when you have to soldier up and fight fire with fire. Or fight fire with firearms. Get yourselves some guns, learn how to use them, learn what is required to legally carry them, and then learn that when you are under attack it is not only your right, but your RESPONSIBILITY to defend yourselves!

4:20 .. the guy yelling "ow ow ow ow" is Frank Winans.. I grew up with his son and spent a lot of time at their house. Captain Winans used to brag about the things he stole from "criminals" .. his vast collection of weaponry (many antiques) is largely stolen from evidence rooms and people's homes.
He retired on a cushy pension after claiming to have been hit by a vehicle, while directing traffic.. this was a lie. He faked the injury and now he lives on the Illinois taxpayers money.
