2008 Yamaha WR250R At The Track

Short video of my buddy Ryan riding at the track. He was only here for the weekend, and he's taking it really easy in this video. We were going to take more video... but time got away from us. If you have a hard time picking out the exhaust sound, that's because it sounds like every other thumper on the track. (The exhaust upgrade w/the header has been the single best mod I've done to the bike... not counting the tires.) Also, I did get Renthal handlebars on the bike... because I wrecked so hard at the track on the day before this video... that I bent the factory handlebars.

Sorry for the delayed response... youtube linked my account to a google account I don't use... and I didn't realize it. I've got my rear suspension set 2 clicks stiffer than it came from the factory. Also, I'm 140lbs, and you'll notice the track is rather loamy... so those two things help me. Keep me posted as to whether or not you've figured out a fix to things.

Thanks. It does well at the track... but it is a little heavy (about 275lbs). It is flickable, but I haven't pushed it to the limit by any stretch of the imagination.

have u hit any sizeable tabletops or anything? if so how did u set ur suspension mine keeps bottoming out :(
