This is just a short video to introduce some Traditional Chinese Kung Fu supplementary strength training for the grip, fingers, and wrist.

  • Good video, What I do is I take a long stick and I roll it slowly around or back and forth while I'm in horsestance. You basically start while holding at 3/4th of the stick and you work your way till you can hold the very end of the stick.

    But this also looks good. In fact it looks better for certain movements that I can't do with a stick. I'll try this. Thanks!
