@lala129876 Attually it is an older LifeLike model. So I don't really know where I got it. You can look for a CP High Hood GP9. Also check out my newer video's for the new layout. (It got really changed)

nice layout. so far. does it matter if you have the same couplers for N scale. like do they all have to match to connect for eachother, i am switching from HO to n so i need a little help with those couplers thanks i subed

@TSBYrailroad LoL, you're doing exactly the same thing I did. Going from HO to N. As for the couplers. There are two main types of couplers in N scale. Knuckle and Rapido. Knuckles are the same as kd couplers. They are the better kind, for they look better and couple better. Knuckles are found in most cars and trains now, but there are some that still have the rapido. I still have some with rapido couplers and am switching to knuckle. so no knuckle and rapido are completely different.

What's the proper way to wire this up? I have an old bachman transformer. The transformer has inputs for AC, DC, Loco, and Access. All I have is a red and green wire combo that fits to the track. Which terminals do i connect it to?
misterdrum78 2 years ago
@misterdrum78 It depends what you are doing. AC normally stands for accessories (lights, switches etc) DC stands for Direct control. If you just want to run trains any wire will do. Simply connect it to the DC terminal and and have the two wires connect to either side of the track. Make sure that the only one wire is on one side R----| |----G
Get back to me if you have any troubles. :)
