This man says he is being blocked by the police and that they cant block him from getting breakfast; but, then he says that he is a citizen of new york city. If you say you are a citizen to that, then you are giving consent to be compelled to do what that city/corporation compells its citizens to do.
policy = police. The problem is that the said corporation was started by foreigners, pushing a democracy when really this government only runs as a republic. Doesnt work without the Constitution.
