Long before there was Frank Calliendo and Kevin Pollack, there was Joe. One of the First to ever do William Shatner, let alone Shatner doing Woody Allen and Woody Allen doing Captain Kirk.

He also amuses us here on this episode of "Comedy Tonight", with impersonations of James Doohan, Art Carney, Don Knotts, John Housman and Jack Nicholson as Eddie Haskell!

Where are you now, Joseph? All we hear are your cartoon voices. Shall you ever do stand up again?
We know your only venture into film was a catastrophe, ("Lucky Stiff" 1988--don't ask), but son't let that disuade you. Even at age 60 you could play The Great One in his latter years. Move over Brad Garrett.. This is the REAL Jackie Gleason!

How Sweet it is!

  • Wow....he IS the best Shatner

  • @imkluu I think your grades are on the mark.Gleason & Shatner both get A's.

  • I shared this vid with a few friends at work & they were blown away!!! I come back here often & laugh with much appreciation for the talent of this guy. I would love for Shatner to hear this bit. Scotty is portrayed perfectly, as he almost never has a definitive answer for Capt. Kirk. Here, he offers a knock-knock joke & doesn't even know the answer for THAT, which is par for the course for Scotty. Alaskey sounds EXACTLY like Kirk, & mimics him perfectly. This guy has no equal. Leave this up!!!

  • Regarding Alaskey's Jackie Gleason impression, Alaskey was actually contracted by movie studios to perform the actual voice-overs for Gleason in some movies that Gleason starred in in the 1980's due to his failing health.

  • @jtsmizzack Wasn't Stewie based on that guy?

  • Six people are not going bowling tonight.

  • he doesn't look like gleason anymore

  • Two thumbs up -- great!

  • fuck i think i broke my spine

  • He does the cartoon voices in tribute to Mel Blanc, the Man of 1000 Voices. Though I'd love new standup.
