I am a Canadian citizen. Last summer, in the June of 2008, my family discovered that my father had a brain tumor. Within days of the discovery, he had emergency surgery; at no cost to us.

I am not saying the Canadian system is flawless. I'm just saying that this ad is a one-sided, biased, false representation of the Canadian system... and frankly the woman in the ad should be ashamed for propagating such shit.
