@UmbraeCalamitas I would tend to agree. xD However, we breath out 16-28% oxygen, intake around 21% so in CPR the breaths are still delivering O2 which they would otherwise not have xD therefore.... I'd vote not illigal... Unless you count the fact that she didnt ask the parents of the child for consent to touch her, (providing it wasnt her kids)

Hehe, pure oxygen is also a toxic gas. One could argue, since many people don't know the air we breathe contains other chemicals, that breathing itself is an illegal action. :D
