While canflipping I managed to find this guy, A relatively new player flying a drake around. He Jettisoned a can to me, I took, He engaged, I killed him. Good times indeed. Please note I did have Capacitor Support from a vagabond, But there was no armor repairs or Added DPS at any point.

I think he is activating his rep in order to deplete his cap so the NOS actualy kicks in a sucks the drakes cap. This how ever is a flawed approach to pvp as both of you will end up with no cap and gives the passive opponent an edge over you, use a Neut and a cap booster, and instead of having that Vagabond cap transfer [rofl] have him drop additional booster if you should run out. And dude get T2 drones!
