Mountain Dulcimer Song- Around the Way, By Jon Brumm

A song I arranged on the Mountain Dulcimer, entitled "Around the Way." The song is a composition of some classic folk songs, which I have melded together and elaborated.

My dulcimer is of the Mountain- or Appalachian- design, and is a member of the zither family of stringed instruments. It was hand-made by G. Garvey in Hebron, Kentucky, in 1990- 3 years older than myself. My dulcimer is tuned to a Mixolydian D (DADD).
