Everything would be the same for the woman and girl since they are in the present. It already happened. He didn't change the present, he changed the future. They would remember it because it happened to them, just this time, the future was altered. At least i'm sure that's why they would remember it.

1:01 - I think this is wrong because they have his younger self under anesthesia so they can cut parts of him up and then they immediately kill him after so his younger self would never know what's going on.
