I reckon Sykes should come back for season four. Although it's mentioned that there's a small resolution, we never see him pass over. Perhaps he can come back and help the guys in their fight :)

Gosh he's beautiful. I'm generally a Mitchell kind of girl but Sykes was just hauntingly sad and beautiful. (and yes - I caught my ghosty pun with hauntingly) ;)
