You're as cold as ice
You're willing to sacrifice our love
You never take advice
Someday, you'll pay the price, I know

I've seen it before
It happens all the time
You're closing the door
You leave the world behind

You're digging for gold
Yet throwing away
A fortune in feelings
But someday you'll pay

You're as cold as ice
You're willing to sacrifice our love
You want paradise
But someday, you'll pay the price, I know

I've seen it before
It happens all the time
You're closing the door
You leave the world behind

You're digging for gold
Yet throwing away
A fortune in feelings
But someday you'll pay

Cold as ice
You know that you are
Cold as ice
As cold as ice to me
Cold as ice

Ooh, cold as, cold as ice
You're as cold as ice
Cold as ice, I know
Yes I know

You're cold as ice, cold as ice, I know
Oh yes I know
You're as cold as ice, cold as ice, I know
Oh yes I know

  • Finish the song please. The interlude where they sing with just piano in the middle. What are they playing there? I learned this song by ear, cannot figure out what they are playing during that section. I don't play piano but am learning, figured this would be the first song I learn on piano!

  • Hi , thanks for the comment. I just listened to that tune and I think you mean right after the guitar solo? anyways I just looked up the chords at ultimate guitar.

They say there its Ebm, C#, Then B repeated .

Hope this helps or check the site.

    thanks again

  • this has been really helpful, and your explanation makes it so easy. Thanks a bunch!

  • glad you enjoyed it

  • "carry on, as if nothing really matters"

even with 8 years piano lesson/1 year teaching this is helpfull. it saves me a lot of effort doing this song by playing on hearing.

  • Thanks for the nice comment.

  • @MattieG95 kingdom hearts:)

  • I can't help but feel the key has some sort of significance or message, but for the life of me I can't put my finger on what it might be.

  • wow...your video taught me more than my own keyboarding teacher! great video and do you think you could make one for My Immortal by Evenescence? i have been wanting to learn that forever!

  • pretty damn informative. I suppose it's sort of irrelevant, but I believe the song is in F# major. Just looking at the chords.
