  • Thanks Urbanloops, You are probably right on the marketing angle. My actual retail product is called the Jaybilizer HDSLR, which is aimed at a niche market. I welcome your opinions as to whether that is an appropriate strategy.

  • i was thinking of taking this for my canon 600d

  • Awesome. Of course, for the nay-sayers, this rig will not contend well with $1,000 models but it does a pretty damn good job. Jay, thank you for your tutorials. Im on my way to making this weekend.

  • It looks ok.... but the Steadicam Merlin Demonstration on youtube is amazing, almost looks fake. Can you stand in front of a mirror with your Jayblizer 3000 and jump up and down so I can see how it compares?

  • thx for this video. almost all videos on the net are for balancing and not how to hold or walk..when you did the orbit you didnt show the footage from the other camera. would you please show that? as i am trying to learn the best way for these shots.

  • Just some advice on a marketing point of view. You should drop the 3000 from the name. It's not very creative and from a consumer point of view it sounds like you're trying too hard. With that said, you do get good camera movement with that rig. Nice job.

  • @wrennafied Which hague stabilizer? the only one I see is the one for 160 usd.

  • @DaTux91try to view my stabilizer, i shot somes scenes at full running speed..

  • @nzdoc try to view my DIY stabilizer it's a low mode ball bearing

    gimbal type..

  • i still dont understand the price, you can get one frome hague for half this price that seems to be of equivelant value
