I had pink hair to begin with, it looked like this:

Then I added these two into a tub container and mixed them, 1 full jar of ultra violet, and 3/4 of a jar shocking blue:

Then I added some conditioner to the mix (maybe about half a jar of manic panic worth? Idk I eyeballed it,) So that way it would cover all of my hair

Then after getting all the dye on, I covered it with a shower cap and used a blow dryer to heat it so the process would work faster, after 30 mins of doing that, I rinsed it out, and then used this shampoo and conditioner

(and the conditioner listed before)
I did not add extra dye in my conditioner after dying it, I would wait until the next time I wash my hair to add more dye in.
To add the color in your conditioner just add some dye until it looks the color you want your hair to be (lightness wise) the more dye in your conditioner, the more bright your hair will be, the less conditioner, the more faded or light it will look

If you want to dye your hair my color and don't already have pink hair, just think of it this way, if you were to take your hair, and say its the color of a sheet of paper. If you say the dye you want is a marker, if you put the marker on the paper that's what color it will look like so obviously, if you have unbleached or not light hair, or a pink, red or blue color, you might want to bleach it first until its light enough. If you have pink hair just get more blue for the look, (but personally I think ultra violet has plenty of blue in it already which is why I used only a 3/4 of a jar of shocking blue)
If you have red hair you might want more shocking blue for the same color, and if you have blue hair, you might want more of a purplish dye for the color. If you have any other unnatural color besides white, you'll probably have to let it fade and bleach it, and the same for anyone that has black, brown or dark blonde hair, you need it to be a very light color if you want your hair to be bright.
