2 people in this video got no Tea. >.<
Ah the art of Patience and waiting for a very good cup of tea and the master making it... I miss the good old days when tea was about knowing that you are using the best ingredients, making it slowly and enjoying every relaxing drop. not the instant "gratification" of tea. Slowly and Carefully is where its all at =]

I bow, too.

I've never heard of the Schools of Tea but I think it's fasciniating! I have to learn more now. Also, it's pretty interesting how I can't speak a word of Japanese but I could understand pretty much everything going on. Humans really do have more in common than differences. Thank you so much for uploading!

A good introduction. Even you don't get sense of Omote- and Urasenke, you'll watch basics of behaviour.

Thank you. It's really helpful, as I am a beginner of Tea ceremony learner.
Art and Beauty. I Admire the Nippon way for The Grace an Elegance, but most of all for the forgiveness of mistakes. WorkingClass Joe in Ohio. God Bless You All....

A great video demonstrating the Omotesenke School of Tea. The Teacher demonstrating explains some of the differences between Urasenke and Omotesenke procedures (how the guest handles the bowl).
