Browning latest (and greatest?) tube type big base radio, the venerable Mark 4A. This one is unmolested and unmodified except that LED's where used for the "On The Air", and AM, LSB, and USB indicator lights. LED's don't have heat and burnout issues that the original hard to reach soldered in bulbs had. Other than bad tubes replaced, and EVERY electrolytic cap replaced, this one is unmodified and original. No extra switches, holes or channels. Short Ping, but this is changed by replacing a cap in the transmitter with larger caps for longer pings. I was ready to make a bench video of this when to local mud duck.....errrr legends where having a local QSO. So here's the infamous Mark 4A which is my favorite Browning in action. Peace
