Hey you wouldn't happen to know when the new FDNY ladders are coming in? I know that Ferrara got the contract, but I don't know any more than that.

the tool bin inside the truck is an great idea..... i bet power windows in a fire truck ROCK!! our engines still got manual windows and we bought it in 2006..... the MDT thing is cool..... the stop sign on the door is really smart!!!!

it depends, most engines have 4 on them and the squads have 6 and trucks have 6 and rescue normaly have 7 on

I listed My firehouses manning. I didn't include the Rescues or the Squads. I gave him the simplest and most inclusive answer I could. He asked what the manning on my Engine company was. I just added the truck since I am in the truck and assumed that may be the next Question.

What is the diamond plate box on the roof for? Is that an A/C unit or storage?

it is storage. on our rig we put things that are not used that frequently up there.
