Many ppl does it in the wrong way - u may get really hurt by doing this exercise wrong or just workout sth else than u supposed to actualy workout. It's one of the basic exercises for shoulders.

  • Well done mate!

  • You do not need to go down to your chest when doing shoulder press. Other than that you are correct with the top push working your triceps, so that "full extension" is not needed.
