KIBAKI WON. When ODM saw his numbers catching up with Raila's,they complained & Kivuitu asked each presidential candidate to send in two agents/ spokesperson they went into a meeting that went on from evening to the night & they reached to an agreement, that still showed Kibaki was still leading. Kivuitu was asked to proceed & announce the results. However, when he was mid way, ODM started shouting again to Kivuitu's utter suprise & that clip on the media shows his suprise.
