As the health care debate in the U.S. heats up, RT's Dina Gusovsky speaks to Democrat Howard Dean and Republican Ron Paul to get a sense of where they stand in the health care battle. Both are doctors, both politicians, and both think they know how to fix health care. But what do the American people really want?

  • @jakobeckert

Ron Paul has been sticking with his principles and following the U.S. Constitution ever since he came into congress in 1976.

  • tHEY SHOULD BE SCREAMING FOR JOBS SO THEY CAN GET THEIR OWN INSURANCE! REDUCE THE COST OF MEDICAL SUPPLIES AND CREATE JOBS! DUMMIES NOTHING IS FREE YOU GUYS....GET SOME KNOWLEDGE...YOU WILL PAY ONE WAY OR THE OTHER. FREE OR ENSLAVED! RON PAUL 2012

  • @jakobeckert Then the only thing I can say is good for you, and go for it.

  • @mrknowledgeispower1 That's cool, that's an opinion, but I will make a wager on that, If Ron Paul Get's into Office he won't be a sell out, He will stick to his principles, and Even If only the one thing he can do, which is using the executive branch to bring our troops home, That in itself will be worthwhile. Yea, I can put my money where my Mouth is, and My mouth is my tool to spread the message of liberty, and to tell as many ppl as I know vote Ron Paul 2012!!!

  • @jakobeckert O.k. first let me respond to the quote, yes, it is the minority who knows whats going on, but the minority can't put Ron Paul in office. Will the majority of voters vote for Ron Paul, I doubt it.

Yes, President Obama did lie, compared to his campaign speeches. Just like all politicians, they serve who pays their campaign funds. Elections are ran on money. Mr. Obama wasn't strong enough to stand up to the elites, such as corporation and banks. Mr. Paul will be no different.

  • @jakobeckert Ron Paul and the other politicians who voted against the bailout should be applauded. Now, I can agree with a lot of the things Mr. Paul says. If Mr. Paul is ever elected president, then I want to see if he will stand by his words, and will he stand up against the power elite and not whimper like Obama.

"It does not require a majority to prevail, but rather an irate, tireless minority keen to set brush fires in people's minds." - Samuel Adams

President Obama had Honesty, he had Integrity to my knowledge until he lied, and He even went against his own positions. Those traits which I hoped he had, are not traits he has, HE HAS LIED COUNTLESSLY. Obama votes with the bankers in mind.. near, is not never
