Knead wheat dough, make two roti. Put this chana dhal halwa between two rotis and fry them in pan. And you have Puran Poli (Maharashtra) or Holige ( Karnataka) and whatever it is called in other states.

@gakkadguy We do all the time but for puran poli we prepare different channa dal filling we wont use sugar its just guud...thanks for watching...:)
