Sailor Moon Ep. 168 DIC Styled (For Contest)

So yeah, we were bored. 2 hour IC for a DiC Styled Sailor Moon Scene.

The rules were:
- we had to use epiosde 168
- we had to use the transformation scene up until after the speech
- we had to make it DiC styled
- we had to use, for the most part, low-quality cues to avoid stealers
- we weren't to include voices
- no edited bodylines
- anything else goes
