Mendota Motorcar Ride Part 3

Okay in this 3rd and final part of the ride on the Mendota Motorcar the car the passengers ride in was leading on the ride back into the Depot. We went all the way out by an old industry building in Mendota. I'd assume the track we were running on was at one time a spur for the BN. When we made the little curve in the tracks right over to the left is the BNSF Mendota Sub comming up from Chicago to join us. We almost hit a guy at the crossing on the return trip but the man driving honked the horn and the guy stopped and waved as we passed, Part 3 of 3, Enjoy!!!

very nice i have been buying a few of these myself unfortunatlly none of them run or are NARCOA certified by any means my first one i have currently an N&W A2 I rescued out of a barn in Minnisota

@railfanstreator94 thats cool I did not know they did that at the Mendota depot last time I stopped there they were closed

@gaycowboy31 they used to just do it on Saturdays but as I understand it now on days museum is open ask them and they'll take you out on it.

@railfanstreator94 LOL its on my list next time I drive up to Rochelle I live down in Texas so unfortunatlly its a bit of a distance next stop to video at IRM I was just there but it rained like hell than stoped I only got pictures there no video all they had was the old IT Streetcar running that day anyhow
