@bridejoe same recipe, just don't put it in long on the second bake. I like less hard too and only leave in for 10 minutes.

i used this recipe (3 eggs) and they are so darn good and easy!! OMG! I cant believe that biscotti are this easy to make...all this time ive been paying 5 bucks for a box of 6 and this only cost me about 1 dollard worth if ingredients for about 24 bite size biscotti's. holy crap, lol

@yumyam09 if you use half whole wheat and half unbleached white they taste just as good, all whole wheat works but the result is not as classic in crumb and texture
