just practice lol. i dont move not as much as she does but i can hold my breath over 2:00 under water swimming. there are special work outs for expending ur lung. =]

You can if you want, well to be a freediver anyway. A friend of mine is, she qualified in a big tank on the south coast of England, personally I can't see the point.

immense talent. how on earth do you hold your breath for so long?? surely you used lots of oxygen with all that movement, yet you have to stay relaxed right? its a mystery to me!

Uh, you don't have to be certified to go skin diving.

What sort of fins were you using - they look like intermediate between the long freediving fins and the normal short ones for everyday snorkelling?
