Bashar - The Shalanaya are the Yahyel

Bashar reveals that the Shalanaya, "those who come first" to have open peaceful & public contact with us in-person, are the ETs of the Yahyel civilization. He says they have made visual contact with us in what is known as the Phoenix Lights UFO sightings.

Between time markers 0:38 to 1:32 in this video, Shaun, who channels Ishuwa of the Yahyel civilization, asks Bashar about the ETs of the Phoenix Lights UFO, and he also asks Bashar about the Alton Barnes crop circle of June 2007.

Ishuwa and his civilization, the Yahyel, are human ETs and descendants of Earth humans. They are part of our Galactic Family. They made visual contact with us over the city of Phoenix, Arizona, in the "Phoenix Lights" UFO sighting of March, 1997, that was seen by thousands of people in the State of Arizona. Since then, they have been visiting other cities around the world. Perhaps you have seen them or will see them soon over a city near you.

Shalanaya is a word in Bashar's society that means "those who come first."

Bashar uses that word in reference to the Yahyel society whom he says will be the first to have open peaceful contact with us on Earth.

The Yahyel are humans, very much like us, but from another planet.

I think the Yahyel may be the same race taht contacted Claude Vorilhon who started the Raelian movement.

The description of the beings he encountered were exactly as Bashar describes them.

@wergrethe The Yahyel is a hybrid race made from humans and some other race that as far as I know we are not yet aware of. Just as Bashar's race is another race that has evolved into the 4th dimension, but is still another hybrid race made partially from us(humans).Bashar says that he is from 300 years in our future. I will say try not to think about it too much.... It tends to get VERY Confusing. Oh he also said the ones we know as Greys are an offshoot of Annunaki. Dissenters though.
