@imking7 On the cutouts? The cutouts cost ~$300 from BadLandzHPE; I did the rest of the work myself.

The cutouts sound good but i wonder if they cause a reduction in torque because i imagine they reduce backpressure, even when closed because i'm sure there is some leakage.

@hulkman44 Yep- You lose torque at the bottom end, but add HP at the top. The best way is to start out with them closed and open them as you accelerate.
You never want backpressure; the loss of torque is due to loss of scavenging the exhaust gasses because of an open system.
