  • @tulllguy If it was for muscular relaxation it would have been deeper.

  • @cphtnj Anti-perspirant is bad for you, but anyway, the reason for the paper towels is exactly what the lady in the video said. Your hands are going to be in the armpit, and then you'll be touching the rest of the body. I wouldn't want someone touching my armpits and then immediately going to my face or neck with my armpit sweat on their hands.

  • more of a rub than a massage actually

  • those towels make her look like she's in a gown =)

  • 0:40 "Because the proteins are larger than the size of the capillaries." Proteins are not larger than capillaries. Some proteins are too large to pass through capillary walls, which results in oncotic pressure a counterbalance for fluid loss from the capillaries. But proteins can, and do certainly pass though capillaries.

Please try harder to avoid making gross factual errors - it just lends credence to the conception that your profession is psuedo-scientific nonsense.

  • @Lix04 You'd get a massage by the TSA on your way in and out of the country too... 3 for 1 deal!

  • @coomason5 There is a slight firmness and warmth(noticeably different from the normal body temp) in an area that's congested. She is actually moving a bit faster than what I was taught, but, the movements are the same as well as the quadrants addressed.

  • Sweat is bacterial and as she said she was going to be working on other parts of the body it was a hygienic precaution..

  • Why are there paper towels in the armpit? Does she have body odor? She doesn't use anti-perpirant?

  • How can you tell there is congestion on her left side? Is the area firm?
