Alex & Shinae WGM Wedding

I had a special occasion speech to present so I did a wedding toast to Alshin, as if I'm their friend. hope you guys like it...the video went extremely well with it. I'll attach my speech so that you can read along if you prefer...

Destiny

The very first day you two had met for the show, you bought her a tiramisu cake for White Day. Without her knowing, you had the hangul characters for destiny written on top. After spending the day getting settled into your new home, you cooked her pizza and served milk in wine glasses. After eating, you brought out the cake and she saw what you did. So before she blew out the candle, she requested a song for you to sing and you did. That was the moment all of us fell in love with you two. Shinae you said that the moment he finished singing, you both had eye contact and it made your heart pound. Destiny, written in hangul, is one of his favorite words because when you look at it the other way, it reads lovers. He believed that a good destiny can make a good couple and told you that your pairing had been a good destiny and that it may bloom to be something more.

Now look at where we are, Im here standing in front of the two of you at your own wedding reception. I believe your words Alex that a good destiny can make a good couple and you certainly made that saying come true. Youve gone through the hardships of separation and you chose to wait for him Shinae. You could have just gone on with your ordinary life but you chose to wait. Later on though, you were hit by a tragic loss and I, once again, give my condolences but Alex was there for you every step of the way.

Its amazing what destiny can do for you. Out of all the other people you could have been paired up with on the show, it had to be you two and Im grateful. Im grateful to have been a witness of your love. Im grateful to have been a witness of your hard times and good times. Ive been honored to witness how your family would be like in the future through the kids charity work you both participated in. Thank you for granting us with your memories. Youve already made a promise to one another to live a life with wonderful times so keep that promise for us. I feel blessed to have witnessed your love. A good destiny indeed makes a good couple. To Alex and Shinae, may destiny keep its tie around you forever until even after eternity.

I dont understand korean but I happened to stumble that programme in youtube by chance.... and was mesmerized by the Alshin couple ever since. I laughed and cried at their love... He is such a simple and down to earth guy and she is a shy and so afraid to be hurt in love again. But whether its scripted or not, they truly love each other. I can see from the warm gaze, their laughter and moments spent together. Truly the romantic couple.... and the best! Good job on the mesage...
