3、烹饪方法:
(1)牛里脊肉顶刀切成片状后,用鸡蛋、淀粉、盐、酱油、小苏打、味精上浆;
(2)牛肉腌制两到三小时后,下锅滑油,捞出备用;
(3)放入豆豉碎、葱姜蒜末,煸香之后倒入黄酒、酱油、盐、糖和少许的水进行调味;
(4)最后下入香芹段和牛肉片,淋上少许的水淀粉,翻炒均匀。
