To do a backflip on the ground, push the chest up towards the ceiling and pull the knees into the stomach to rotate the body through the exercise. Warm up with some jumps, and perform a backflip using tips from a gymnastics coach in this free video on gymnastics.

  • how do all these gymnast/cheerleaders land backflips consistently when they barely get any hang time? has anyone else noticed this. amanda must have had 3 feet> of air in that demonstration. i dont get it
