  • I would replace the dumbbell snatch and swing with a kettlebell snatch and swing, although one has to know exatly how to perform them :-)

    A dumbbell and a kettlebell swing are two totally different exercises, regarding what I've seen in your video.

    But great workout though, keep up!

  • @radar144pt Yip those are two different options. And yes, like you said, they are similar but also different due to the gravity and the different shape of the weight but both good ways to do these two exercises and I try and use dumbbells as much as possible as more people will have dumbbells then kettle bells.

  • Peter, everytime i do the mountain climb, I hear this "crack" sound in the bottom of my back, the vertebra. should I then drop this exercise? cause i do it everyday, and i don't know if i want to do it if i can back injured.. sorry for my english, but hope you understood :)

  • haha, man you suck. no form whatsoever... dont listen to him people, the best exercises for weight loss are power cleans, deadlifts, squats, etc. these are exercises for old people in yoga class...

  • @syafiqare Weight training will never stunt your growth. It will actually help you grow because of the increased hormone release such as testosterone and increased muscle mass.
