As the reigning three-time winner, the Suzuki GSX-R1000 has been the most dominant motorcycle in the history of our Superbike Smackdown. It is also the weapon of choice for more roadracers than any other bike we can think of in the past decade, with an extraordinary track record.

  • moto gp bikes have absolutly nothing in common with the 1000cc, its just marketing, They worth more than half million $ for some and not even one element its similar between both. i guess you mix up with the superbikes or AMA wich is dominate by suzuki gsxr since 2001.Please stop posting about bike until you learn more.

  • @berengetouf 100% agree with you man! Those marketing tricks are just bullshit for those who has a degree in social sciences :) I'm one of those who loves spannering and since I have some understanding in the subject I can tell to everyone that MotoGP bikes have NOTHING to do with the bikes sold by the assholes dealers. Don't get me wrong, I'm not trying to say that street bikes are junk.

  • that guy said yamaha has low end power!? some one please fire this idiot!! -__-

  • wow you are a dumb ass.. R6 is not in SBK because superbikes are 1000cc..know a little bit about what your talking about before you speak

  • @bricelee361 Guess what, I have a 2008 R6 and I love it! Yeah you right, people buy hondas because they place ok. Good thinking!

  • @Sneer111 Because CBR still makes ok placing in the SBK races. I wouldn't buy one, but people look for that stuff. R6 was dominant this year at SBK.

  • If you watched the 2010 season then there was some great moments and nice battles. The Aprilia was eating the R1 up on the straight away and the R1 was owning the aprilia on the corners. Cal Crutchlow and Biaggi had a great run. Haslam was supposed to win the championship, but his shit blew up.

  • @berengetouf Didn't Haslam ride the GSXR last year? He was supposed to win the SBK 2010, but guess what? His fuckin motor blew. lmao. I have that race recorded, buddy.

  • @berengetouf I know for a fact a GSXR did not win any FIM championship this year. Marco, Carlos and Max. None which rode the gsxr, yet Marco took the championship win, didn't he? Wasn't he on an R1?

  • @berengetouf It's cool because an italian still rides an R1.
