I would used the boiled red bean water to make red bean soup but won't used it to do for the dessert, because the color of the dessert will not be white!

A Cooking Mama-inspired video. I wouldn't pour away the water used to boil red bean. Instead, add the gelling agent (not gelatine I presume) to the water.
