How to get free apps using Install0us

PLEASE READ!
hey guys for this you need a ipod or iphone you need to have a JAILBROKEN IPOD and also cus my last vid wasnt to easy for first time jailbreakers this is my new vid
DISCLAIMER:
this video is for educational purposes only i do not recomend you to do this but you can at your own risk

any way now thats done onto the vid!
1) go to cydia
2) go to manage and sources.
3) add the source cydia.install0us.com
4) now go on to the repo and click on the installous. (you dont need to add the other file)
5) download installous
6) go back to your springboard
7) click on installous (it will be in the next clear space)
8) go to settings and turn all the settings on
9) click on the space next to HOME URL and write www.causefx.net/i/#_home
10) click on one of the ipod friendly websites
11) I recomend app cake untill the toll bridge on appulous is gone
12) click on any of the sub categories
13) click on the app you want.
14) scroll right to the bottom and click on one of the download links
15) I recomend appscene it is the best because you only have to enter a captcha
16) now click download
17) on the bottom task bar a number should appear next to the downloads tab
18) after the app is fully downloaded if you flicked the settings to auto install it will begin to install
19) Go back to your springboard
20) the game should be in your next clear space

you need to make shure the screen doesnt lock i suggest wen downloading go to general settings and set the lock time to never. and it wont time out

i have it on never, i fixed the problem i rebooted my itouch and reinstalled everything and it works like a charm ty. fo your help.

i downloaded some apps via install0us and on the regular app store it says i have some updates. Can i update normally through the regular app store, or will it charge my CC the amount of the apps?
