Great job!!! How did you get the eyebrow movement? I don't see any mechanism that would get that action from the video that shows only the workings.
Also, is that a latex face or silicone? How did you attach the skin to the mechanism? Keep up the good work, it's AWESOME!

First of all thanks much! Everything is a work in progress, although this head is available for purchase. Skin is a silicone base. The attachment is from a high-quality Japanese silicone adhesive. Stay tuned....
