  • Wonderful! What / who is the source of the Daoist poem?

  • The main poem (verses 1-8) source is Geoff Pike "The power of chi", pg 139, being "words from the Tao" shared with the author by his mentor, a Mr Wu. Verse 9 is from Sat Chuen Hon: Taoist Qigong For Health and Vitality. Both great books.

  • A big Thank You to my friends for helping out with the translation of the Subtitles in following languages:

    German: Janos

    French: Roxane

    Italian: Elisa

    Spanish: Pablo

    Greek: Efi

  • What is the name of the song in this video??

  • Autumn Moon on Lake

  • I was looking to your exercise! It is wonderful.

I just tried to practise the same exercise. I must say it is wonderful and makes you calm and it makes contentment.

I think it is the best what you could do in this f**ked world, for to be calm and satisfied.

    J.Wittenberger, Switzerland
