INGREDIENTS
1 Pack Square Fried Fish Cake (5 Pieces)
5 Bamboo skewer sticks
1 Cup Korean Radish (OR Daikon)
6 (1 x 2 inch) Kelp
2 Green Onions
1 Red Hot Pepper (Optional)
6 Cups Water
2 Tbsp Soup Soy Sauce
1/8 tsp Sea Salt

    you can buy the fish cake in a Korean or Asian grocery store. I will add it to my list and post it someday.. thanks :)

  • Is 오댕극 and 오묵극 basically the same thing or is there a difference? Can you make 오댕극 too please? Or have you already uploaded it before?

    Sorry I didn't understand what you mean.. broth ?? you mean.. after I cook.. the fish cake.. the soup base you mean ?? you eat all the fish cake pieces with the broth. thanks
