fibreglass isn't a resin? Polyester or epoxy.. he's using poly i think because of the blueish color. not 100% sure..

Fiber glass is not a resin. You are asking what type of resin to use. Thats either PU (polyurethane) or epoxy. Epoxy is stonger and lighter, however difficult and more expensive to use.

no you lay the fiberglass cloth on the board first and then you pour the resin over it.

I'm building a wakesurf and it seems to be the same technique of construction. I saw your video and i'm not sure about something. Do we have to put a resin layer on the foam before putting one on the fiber glass?
