Benzema disappointeda lot of people, including me. After Florentino Perez didn't manage to get David Villa, he decided (by Zidane's advice) to go for the young french talent - Benzema. Karim started the season poorly and was quickly thrown to the bench reaplaced by Gonzalo Higuain. later on he also suffered a few injuries. At the end of the season he played 2-3 good games that made me believe that he still has a chance.

Condiciones tecnicas y fisicas estupendas, pero una persona sin sangre, sin lucha y entrega... y su rendimiento ni siquiera se acerca al esperado... El Pipa parece mas tosco a simple vista pero hace lo que tiene que hacer un delantero, METER GOLES ademas de luchar y dejarse la piel en el campo

and he can't just suddenly look at Ronaldo's those dribbling skills and that pace isn't something he'll ever do ass good, but 'Benz' is better at other things, like heading, he shoots harder, he is stronger so like i said he should play on his own strengths..

He shouldn't look at a different styled player and expect too much learn by that, he should play by his own strength not Ronaldo's..

Maybe Ronaldo's mentality, positioning and finishing technique, but still .... :P

He only need to grow he has all the qualities a striker need he showed that in Lyon all he need to do is perform and play with confidence.
