i think it is terrifying and sounds really sad. but it is incredibly beautiful!
i think i would pass out from fear if i were in the kayak while an enormous whale is beneath me, out of sight, singing these noises.

It sounds pretty scary :D I think that whale calls might have been used as part of the sound that made up the T-Rex's and/or other dinosaurs' calls, in Jurassic Park :)
