A NEW VERSION IS COMING SOON! Fully open source project (circuit diagram, firmware and pcb design). Features: solder+hot air, based on ATmega16 MCU, LCD (HD44780 or TIC32), settings can be stored to on-chip EEPROM. I've developed circuit and firmware, station based on the ATmega8+LM358 OpAmp, led digit indicator is FYT-3031BSR (common anode), output to the display through 74HC595, anode transistors is 2T201D, power MOSFET is HUF76107D3.

  • Nice work, but whats with the music, sounds like your going to burn someone. I've never thought thought of thrash metal and soldering going together, I can just imagine you moshing and slapping yourself as you make a wicked circuit board, maybe something with an accelerometer you can attach to your head to detect head butting impacts.

  • Good work ! It's the schematic and firmware available ? I try to build one like Yours, with Atmega8 and LM358, but the hysterezis it's about 10'C.
