I can't wait to get started with these videos! I have a stationary bike at home and I have been doing that a few times a week for 30 minutes but I needed something more. Do you think I should alternate your videos on the days I don't do the bike or should I do them all on the same day? What would be more effective?

Hi Doctor Cathy :) I love your videos, thank you so much for uploading them, I'm 24 weeks and I started doing them a week ago :) ... Just a quick question - If I do your Pregnancy warm up video, followed by this one and then end it with your relaxing full body stretch 5 times a week, is that enough or do I need more exercise? Thank you xxx

This looks great! I'm only a around 4 weeks, but i'll definitely start getting into a routine with this video!
