  • dude! building legs is so easy n fast !! but the real thing called guidance is only needed is for upper body!!! :]

  • i dont understand one thing that, as the science has so much developed even then, why dont the trainer have the knowledge that doing abs training with the help of legs, e.g. leg raises or any other type of this exercise is less effective with and more injurious for lower back. the fact is that the abs muscle's origin is pubic crest and insert to xiphoid process. so, by this way only movement from upper extremity is more effective and not lower..
